Refund Policy

If you're not happy with Faktwise, any subscription charge is refunded on request within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked. Email support@faktwise.com from your store's contact address; refunds are issued as credits through Shopify billing, typically within 2 business days.

The 14-day free trial means you're never charged before you've seen the app work on your real orders.

Faktwise is a business-to-business service; statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. This voluntary policy goes further than the law requires.
